The way that i am going to try to incorpoate these three pieaces into my work is im going to focus on three diffrent aspects of the pieaces. First i will focus on the shape, i want it to look apealing to most peaople. Second i will focus on the weight, a heavy pot is not a good pot no matter how it looks or what its for(this is obviously i relation to its size). Last, i will focus on the color/applying of glaze. i like the color contrasts on my chosen pieaces. An for the applying of glazes i will try to be as neat as possible becase a bad glaze job can ruin a pot.

I have an interest in getting better at making vases and pitchers, that is why i chose this pieace. I really like the simplicity of it, it is very straight forward but very intersesting. I also really like the color of the glaze, the contrast from black to white.

I chose this piece for many reasons. First off i really like the glaze on this , very ununiform but yet controled, i also like the colors. another thing i like about it is the shape it was thrown and then the walls were flatened. It is also a very functional pieace which is my overall goal.
